Thunderbolt battery just released by htc/verizon!!

Here is the latest answer by HTC/Verizon to address the battery sucking power issue of the immensely popular but power hungry ThunderBolt.

The press release says "Engineers are presently hard at work to create a new back for the phone to accommodate the new battery". They also went on to say it should add at least 45 minutes to the life of the phone.

The cable are also shielded to prevent accidental burns caused by the massive amperage draw, but can be removed to roast weenies or marshmallows.
