Thinking of ditching the X for a Dinc

And the reason is Wifi. I love the X but not being able to connect and/or maintain a wifi connection to ANY wifi I try is unacceptable. The fact that there has not been an update to fix this leads me to believe it might be hardware (could we say "Wifigate"?). Any of you Dinc users having wifi problems as much as X users?

The issue is most likely a software issue. But its understanable to want to switch. You wont regret it, though you might miss the big 4.3" screen. lol.

I played with both phones for a good half hour each before deciding on the Incredible. Sense just feels much more polished than Motorola's new skin and I wasn't a fan of the huge screen. The size was awesome for searching the web, but it didn't feel very comfortable for making calls.

I would bring your phone to a Verizon store for them to check out your WiFi issue.

The Wifi on my Dinc works great (not rooted) It picks up signal that my laptop doesn't even pick up.

I played with the X and liked Sense so much better
