For No Reason my Note 2 has been periodically Rebooting at Random. Finally the other night it was stuck on the Samsung GALAXY Note II Screen. Tried to boot to Recovery and The Android Fell Over and Died. I'm getting in RED Text:
E:failed to mount /EFS (No such file or directory)
E:failed to mount /cache (No such file or directory)

and this list goes till it boots to the Android system recovery.
I hit wipe cache partition and I get
E:format_volume: make_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/mmcblk0p12
Cache Wipe complete.
E:failed to mount /cache (Block device required)
on and on.
wipe data/factory reset does the same thing.

I tried connecting in ODIN Mode to Reflash with Stock Recovery and gets stuck on
<ID:0/004>Get PIT for mapping..
It never Completes.

Has anyone Else had this Issue? Please advise! Thanks in Advance!

Sounds to me like the phone is having an issue! I would try kies to initialize and rest your device, if that doesn't work...let me know and will help you further
