Samsung Charge stuck in boot loop

So I have scoured the web for answers to no avail. I have entered Android Sytem Recovery <3e> multiple times and have followed instructions to the T. And here is what happens:

When I select "wipe data/factory reset" i get a message withj "E:format_volume: rfs format failed on /dev/block/mmcblk0p3". In yellow it says that the wipe is complete, yet I still am stuck with the boot loop when I "reboot system now". I have removed my SD card and tried this with no avail. Wiping the cache partition doesnt occur either. In THAT case i get an "E:failed to mount /cache (no such file or directory".

WTF do I do?

Your best option may be to use Odin to re-flash it with a stock firmware.

Let me know how you go.

Being that this thread is from 2013 and the original poster has not viewed the thread since October 2013, it's very likely they have moved on to a new phone.
