From the comments I have seen, you can install over top of it.

I would suggest you wipe first because its always good to install a new rom (or even an updated version) over a clean slate. Especially if you are running a theme. Just my opinion.

Since I always use Rom Manager, im going to do this one manually, so to wipe I just reboot into recovery and go to wipe data/factory reset?

Yea, wipe a few times just to clear it all, then install...
