I went ahead and put together the MIUI theme for Apex 2.0.0 <<DOWNLOAD
Install in clockwork recovery, no data/cache wipe needed.
After you install the theme you'll need to install the part 2 of apex 2.0.0 again if you want the black contacts and dialer.
