The weirdest issue with my Droid X

Ok so let me preface with me saying that I am totally not making this up. It seams like a weirder bug then other bugs but if its not then sorry.

So anyway I noticed that today a combination of unplugging and plugging in my headphones and pressing play on the stock android widget causes the phone to spontaneously call my grandma (weird huh). Its only ever her number although very rarely it will open voice commands.

I have it rooted and am wondering if an annoying bug got through. I have restarted it but I dont want to erase everything off the phone if I dont have to. Thanks for the help.

I've solved the issue (sort of). After trying a replacement sd card it still wouldn't work and then I tried using doubletwist to sync music and it works and will delete so I still have no idea what the problem is and its kinda annoying still cause if I eve want to put something on the sd card that I can't through doubletwist then I'll run into the same issues, but still ridiculously happy with my DX
