The Galaxy S9 and S9+ Hit The FCC

We are now one step closer to the release of the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus! The pair of devices just made their stop by the FCC. They each picked up their certification on December 27th. The FCC documents don't include any specs lists which is to be expected. We don't have a design outline either. The international model numbers are SM-G960F and SM-G965F. This seems to be pretty early for FCC certification. Will Samsung be able to release the S9 and S9 Plus as early as has been rumored?

Do not expect a revolution. The Galaxy S9 should surely have the same design as the S8 with an identical edge screen. On the other hand, it will certainly has a new, more efficient iris scanner that can compete with the Face ID system developed by Apple.
