Yea the lady was really nice, this will be the 7th droid 2 I have sent back for.....numberous problems. Either this time they thought screw it give him something else or what....I don't really see it as an upgrade or down grade....I think ill be fine without the keyboard. I use swipe a lot nowadays. I just new the dinc 2 had a lot of custom roms(cm7) and has a great battery life. I'm kinda mute about the whole change over.....atleast I still have a droid phone.

Well to be honest....I'm tempted...oooooops! Well truthfully since I never had a problem with my d2...only by my own hand..asked for a new battery, they sent a whole phone...But the keyboard is flatter...someone else noticed as well a while back so I wasn't crazy...lol Maybe on that note? Lol

I'm on the new build but with the Dark Horse theme. Dark Horse looks cool, but unlike Epic Blue and Bold, there are no custom wallpapers for it. Certainly not a dealbreaker (after all, Epic Blue and Bold isn't the only cool-looking theme for CM7), but still a bummer nevertheless.

Yes, it's working. Epic Blue and Bold is the culprit (or is this ROM the culprit for playing nice with every theme except that one?). I really like Epic Blue and Bold though, so I hope that either the ROM or the theme get fixed so I can use it again.

Anyone have any suggestions for sweet themes? I've been on epicblue and bold but there seems to be no way to get it fully themed on my Droid 2. Problems with the framework morphing.

Yep. Fix permissions, reboot, clear cyanogenmod settings, reboot, fix permissions again, and then reboot. That's what I did anyway. It kept having problems with the status bar brightness tweak too. It would go to the lowest setting after the screen locked, so I fixed permissions twice after all that. It's been working so far, yet I'm stuck on the status bar battery now. I fixed permissions and cleared the Cyanogenmod settings to get it to work, and I happen to like it, so I'm going to stick with it.

Edit: 9/21 build? I'm still on 9/19. Disregard my last.
