In a C7 chord, the 7th is a B, but in the minor chord, the 7th is B flat. Why? Thank you!

They come from different keys. C7 is the dominant 5th from the key of F (one sharp), Cm7 is in 3 major keys. It is either a ii, iii, or vi chord (Bb, Ab, and Eb). In all three keys where Cm7 occurs B is flat.

For everyone having issues with Swype, I was also having issues with the newest beta version of Swype, which I believe is 3.25. It was so bad that I even emailed them concerning the issues.....with no reply.....since it's release. I still love Swype though, so I installed the older version which is 3.6.84 and it started working normally again. You can also try one of these cool themed ones. Just un-install your current one first. I hope this helps!

So I started thinking about tritone subs because of this. Invert the tritone and build a new dominant. So for C7 the tritone sub should be a Gb7?

Did I do my math right?

Not to derail this music thread, but I saw Berkley and music and thought what a nice way to segue into boot logo's. Now I'm sure most of you are already aware of this thread, but some might not be.

I thought I used a lot a data at 5 or 6 gb but 15gb! I read somewhere in these forums that Verizon was going to start throttling people who use a lot of data. But then again I've heard that before.

They just started it apparently a few days ago. My speeds are pretty good still. My 3g is my only connection to the interweb, so it builds up quickly.
