How wonderful! Today, I plugged my Droid into my laptop and got a pop-up about new software that would make it easier to connect to my computer. Okay, sure, I clicked it and D'OH!!! In typical Verizon update fashion, reminiscent of the BlackBerry update that disabled tethering, I now have none of that pesky file transferring you would normally expect between your laptop and your smart phone...
Thanks Verizon!
P. S. What I do get is a nice internet explorer window that pops up and takes to My Verizon where I can purchase some VCast garbage. Happy Happy Joy Joy...
So, does anyone know what magical hoops I need to jump through to fix this typical Verizon garbage?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you. I followed those instructions but now it shows up in Windows Explorer and when I click on the drive, it asks me to insert disk into drive I.
I'm so happy now!

Edit: I missed a step. Got it working now.
I love Verizon! Welcome to Walmart...
