Text to speech problem

Unfortunately I just turned on the text to speech on my Droid razr Maxx and it has changed everything on my droid.
I know I need to go to settings/accessories to turn it off, but I am not able to reach it.
When I go to accessories she states "showing 1 thru 14 of 34. Well accessories in about #30, and I cannot figure out
how to scroll down (this too has stopped working) to the necessary shut off option.
Can anyone help with this problem?

Problem resolved. I discovered you needed to use two fingers, one on the left, one on the right in order to scroll while the Talk Back is in the on position !!
