I have a friend that just got the Thunderbolt. He was texting me from it yesterday but it was showing up on my phone with a bunch of numbers instead of from his name or cell #. Anyone have a similar problem? Do you know how to fix it?

Simple fix. I had the same problem. Verizon says they are aware of the issue with the TB. Tell him to take the battery out of the phone while it is on and leave it out for at least 30 sec. Put the battery back in and it will function normal. Not sure why you have to reset the phone but it fixes the issue....
