i had the same issue and i already went back to verizon and got my phone swapped out. kind of wish i hadnt because i ended up having to go back again due to an issue with the headphone jack. which i then had to replace the phone again. so im workin on my 3rd phone in 30 days. but im not complaining, i love this phone.
