Text Attachments Will Not Download on Driod RAZR

I've gotten the Motorola RAZR and now cannot download any attachments that come in via text. I see a "download" button and a "delete" button, but no attachment. When I touch "download" it appears that the attachment is downloading, but then I get the cursed red X! I have contacted Motorola tech support and they have no suggestions or answers. Interestingly, the attachments came in fine on my Thunderbolt, but have never shown up on my RAZR.....

Any ideas??

Do you have a 3g/4g signal? Are you using any Smart Actions to disable data?

I am on 3G at this time, but have 4G capabilities.....we are on the edge of the 3G/4G network and so 4G goes in and out. I keep it turned off here to help battery life.

I checked Smart Actions and deleted all "stop background sync" actions. Still no attachments....:frown: In fact, I am still getting a message that says "Text Message Not Received"
