Telus milestone no 3g on att

I have telus milestone that I have cm6 on but I can't get 3g to work. I have tried several diferent basebands but they all just kill the radio. Don't know where to go from here.

Stupid question how I know for sure I have a telus milestone? I'm now starting to think that's my problem.
