Synching to Microsfot Exchange

I don't see a way to search these forums. Is it possible? My new motorola synced to my corporate exchange fine; however, there are some problems. Any tips out there?

The search button is at the top of the page right in the center. There is a lot of info on the forums about this subject. I am running Touchdown and very happy with it.
