Corporate Exchange Calendar Synching

I connect to an Exchange server and synchronize mail and calendar. This works great for any items I enter into my Outlook calendar. However, I noticed that any events I enter on the phone don't show up in my Outlook calendar. Is there any way to have a two way sync between the phone and Exchange?

When you create the new event, pay attention to which calendar you are telling your droid to create it for.

I only have to mail accts on my phone, the GMail and the Exchange, so when I click on the Calendar drop-down those are the only two calendars I see.

I'm on the Moto Droid 2, at least that's how it works on my phone

Thank you. I didn't notice that option when creating new events on the phone.
