corporate contacts sort order

I just got my Droid X and finally got active synch to work with my corporate Exchange system. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get my contacts to sort by file name or last name as they do in Outlook. Any suggestions?

Here's what to do...

Had this happen to two Droids. You need to get this free, simple contact sort plug-in here (you can remove it when done)- http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/raj/FileAs.html

We then sorted by Company (Last, First) using that plug-in in Outlook 2003 and on next sync the Droid was back in order.
