An annoyance I've frequently ran into is having the same apps/games installed on two devices (phone, tablet) but having separate app data/saves on each. I know I could just make a Titanium Backup on one, copy it to the other, and restore, but that is very tedious. Is there some app or service that can automate this? Would love to be able to do something like play a few levels of Angry Birds on my phone, then later pick up my tablet and continue where I've left off.
