Best way to merge app data with new clean roms?

Hi! I've recently installed titanium backup manager on my sky raider vanilla. I backed up all of my app data.

I installed FusionICE and noticed its pretty bare. Titanium backup manager doesnt see any of my items to restore once its installed. My biggest issue is I no longer see the backup manager in accounts/sync. I wish to restore all of my phone contacts and other data.

Whats the best way to merge my old data (contacts, email accounts, app data, etc) with my new clean rom versions?

PS - I have spent time looking around for this answer, hence why I installed titanium backup, but nothing seems to be working = /

I'll try exporting my phone contacts then, and let google do the rest.
