Swype how to get?

I really like swype and the beta is closed is there any other way i can get it.

Swype is a limited beta, you have to sign up for it.

So my .apk won't work and/or not allowed? I apologize Backnblack. I knew sign up was needed originally (as this is how I got it). Forgive my ignorance in posting a link for it. Sorry brandon_droid, the link was deleted for good reason.
