Switching to 4G, have to press CDMA/LTE twice

Seems like many times when I go into settings to select 4G I select CDMA/LTE and sometimes the first press will not make the switch. Ill have to press it again even though its already selected, for it to switch to 4G. Anyone else experience this?

It takes my phone about a minute to make the switch from 3G to 4G.
