On my Incredible I am able to send MMS messages without toggling on the data network, it did it itself, whereas on the Rezound I must toggle on 4g and even then switch from lte with voice to lte/cdma auto via the lteinoff app.
Is this normal behavior for the Rezound (or any 4g phone) or is there a setting to make MMS messages send without toggling data, which I leave off when on wifi.
