Switching from Droid Eris to DROID

Hey guys. My girlfriend has a Droid Eris, but would like to swap it for a Motorola Droid. What would be the cheapest way to do this? We were considering selling the Eris on eBay and then seeing if we could find a deal on a used Droid somewhere. Any suggestions?

Yikes, some of the used Droids on ebay are still pretty pricey.
