Switch reset time

Anyone know how to change the frequency that your phone refreshes? I am running 2.1 update on moto droid. I know there was a way to do it on my htc droid eris.

Refreshes what? The screen? Email?

If you are using Gmail, the mail is pushed to your phone as it arrives so you don't need to set how often it checks. Using the standard email client, there should be an option under settings where you can set this. Maybe someone using the client can tell you exactly where this is.

In the stock email app it's Menu->Email check Frequency
