Switch out memory card

I want to upgrade the SD card from the supplied 16 gb to a 32 gb. Is there a way to do this easily? Can I just copy (via PC) the 16 gb card files to the new card and replace?

What I did with my Bionic was to move the contents of the old card to my PC. Then I powered down, switched cards and let the phone format the new card. The format added a new file (IIRC it was LOST.DIR), which was also on the old card, so that was the only file I didn't move over.
