Its the 2 arrows forming a circle to the left of the vibrate icon. Its not the backup or the media share icon though it is similar to those. Fwiw im running pre rooted gb DROID x.

Should it be on 24/7? Because it is. I never noticed it when I ran froyo or the stock gb.
