Erroneous icons during widget addition

Hello all - rooted 2.2 Incredible, bloat removed. During the process of removing the bloatware (I've done this before), somehow the widget add function is now a little screwy. The top four widget options are button icons with a modified hexadecimal tag next to them. This doesn't affect functionality, it's just annoying.

A circled down arrow with tag #a5ff0000
An x with tag #ff000000
A white bar with an x in it, tag #ffcccccc
An circled up arrow with tag 80.0dip

I do not know which apps/widgets these belong to, but hoping someone else has experienced this little wrinkle in the root process and can advise.

Solution from androidforums.com dancedroid

Manage Apps->Running Apps->HTC Sense->Clear Cache

This resets the homescreen, but I prefer setting this back up rather than going back into adb shell and doing it one app at a time.
