Stuck on M screen when rebooting

Hello, my droid has never been rooted or anything like that. Today my phone froze so i had to remove the battery. After removing I plugged into my charger to reboot (power button hasnt worked in months). The Screen comes up with an M in a circle as it normally would but the M is moved to the side as opposed to centered and the phone never boots past this. HELP

I think your Droid does not. Time for a new phone maybe.
