Stuck at M screen Cant flash Droid x

I tried to update to the leaked 2.2 but it went bad and I cannot use my my x. Tried RSD Lite 4.7 with SBF but my computer will not let RSD Lite see my Droid x and I cannot use flash back to 2.1. PLEASE HELP. Thank You

You are powering on with the d-pad held up to get into the bootloader before running RSDLite, correct? If not, RSDLite will never see the device. The bootloader uses a different USB mode.
