Stuck at boot screen. please help.

I cannot get my phone to load up past my Liberty boot screen. I have tried pulling the battery multiple times. I have tried plugging it in with the power off. I have also hit x while powering on on going in and wiping my cache and clearing data. Same thing. If anyone has any advice on this I could use it. Pretty much freaking out.

Did you try to flash another rom prior to this happening? That happened to me when I downgraded my android version and I had to reflash via sbf.

What is sbf and how do I do it? Sorry but pretty new to all this.

Oh! Well you may have to do some reading! Haha. SBF is a system boot file. You need to make sure the one you download is for the firmware version you want etc. The way you 'flash' it is through the Motorola RSD lite. You have to put your phone in the programming mode by hitting power, up volume key, and the camera button at the same time. Your computer should take care of the rest. I wouldn't rush this! Read up on it!

SBFing is cake. I had the same issue as you. Ended up downloading the Liberty 1.5 ROM again (from fab link) and it worked great, must have been a corrupted download. Good luck.
