Struggling to connect to my exchange server

I am following all the instructions provided by my company but keep getting a message that "Setup could not finish: Unable to open connection to server." Could the instructions I am following be wrong? I know it seems like a silly question but I'm hoping I'm just missing something :icon_eek:

I just followed the instructions on the phone, put in the server info, and bam!!

I was amazed how seemless and fast the wireless integration was. When I had my Blackberry, it took expensive server software and IT involvment to accomplish the same thing.

The only thing I can think of is that something your IT folks is giving you is wrong. Is your exchange server set up to accept POP email requests?

Same problem

I am experiencing the same issue with the droid x. We have entered all the info correctly and the phone will not connect to MS Exchange Server 2003. This is a Droid X issue as two of my coworkers have android devices (original moto droid and an htc incredible) and my info works fine on their devices.
