Strange wallpaper issue

Suddenly the wallpaper on my phones tends to be uncentered.

It's usually off the the left a slight bit and I need to slightly juggle the screen with my finger for it to center itself.

My guess us that this is tied to some app, however I don't have many installed.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?

I'm having a similar issue--my phone keeps scrolling to the far right (I don't have any icons on that screen). I can't move it left--it bounces back to the far right screen.

Any ideas?
