Sliding Wallpaper??

I'm not sure why it happen all of a sudden, but my guess is during a recent upgrade for Go Launcher EX, but my wallpaper (the stock Lotus flower) now slides across the screen, and I have to re-position it. There even is a slider bar at the top. Anyone else have this, or have any ideas on how to fix it so it doesn't slide anymore??

go to preference -> onscreen settings -> wallpaper mode -> vertical screen mode.
