strange notification sound when ringing

I don't know how else to describe this aside from the fact that my notification sound goes off twice EVERY single time I receive a phone call. This only started happening after my most recent factory data reset.

It's my set notification sound, it goes off as soon as the phone starts ringing then it goes off again a second later then it stops. I cannot for the life of me figure out WHY it's doing this.

I kind of, sort of remember reading something similar on a different forum. But it might have been double text message notification sounds? I'll try to jar my old brain cells and see if I can find it again.

I looked around my settings on G8 couldn't find anything that could be ticked on or enabled to cause this issue..

Did you test it clean with no apps added once you did the factory reset?

An edit to my post yesterday: the topic I read earlier was for double text notification sounds, not call ringtones. Sorry, I don't have any suggestions.

Yeah I can't figure out what's causing it. It's like it's notifying me off the call while also ringing. it doesn't make sense.
