Store Coupon App

Can anyone develop an app that I can scan my coupons and it will list the coupon and expiration date and then I can make my grocery shopping list from this app or add this to an existing shopping list app. I would LOVE thiS!!

I use Colornote for various notes. This or another note taking app might be just what you are looking for. no scanning though.
