Still waiting on the app creation software.

I've sent several requests made with the form to get the app creation software from google but I haven't heard anything back and it's been since november of last year.
how long does it take them to send it? I'm just waiting for a download link, good grief.

installed the software, works fine till I try to open the blocks editor. I have to download and install to script EVERY SINGLE TIME. I understand that this is a unknown issue? Why hasn't it been fixed? How long has this issue been an issue? With techies who have priorities arranged so as not to address this, I'm surprised they don't all have to wear helmets.
