There's a number of apps on the android market I've installed, thought they had potential, and then promptly forgot about (or uninstalled).
Are there any elegant solutions for keeping track of a number of app updates without having to have them installed on your phone? For instance... there are a half dozen decent music players I've tried, and if one of them introduced a major new feature, I might switch to it over my current top pick.
But I don't really want to have all 6 installed just to get notified when there's an update. It's a waste of storage space, it clutters my app drawer, and worst of all, some of them have services I can't disable even though I'm not using the app.
Anyone know of any solutions to this? Thanks!
