Squidlymandingo to CM7?

Hi all,

I need some help on how I can do this. I'm running a froyo based Squidlymandingo rom and am looking to update to CM7. I'm not sure the steps I will need to take to do this, can someone please help!

once on cm7 dont use d2bootstrapper! it will not play well! there is recovery option in powerbutton press and just hit reboot and then recovery!
