SQL Entitlement hack

I've been considering using an upgrade to get a Maxx HD. I have questions though. Is the phone rootable and 2 does the sql hack work for the mobile hotspot? I would still have unlimited data and my phone is my only source of internet.

You need to be rooted which means you need to:

1. Get the phone.
2. It comes with ICS still so root it first.
3. Download RootSaver from the Play
4. Backup root
5. OTA to JB
6. Restore root
7. Perform the entitlement hack

Voila. You're good to go!

Well as soon as I see a deal on the phone I'm gonna get 1. I sure hope its as nice as I think it is.

I thought I would post this for those of us who do not know how to do an Entitlement Hack to establish the Verizon Hot Spot. Check out the OP, this was simple by DirtyDroidX. Don't forget to unfreeze the Mobile Hotspot afterwards.
