Special numbers?

Does anyone know of a list of the various "special numbers" that can be used on Verizon (at least stuff that applies to a D2)? I'm thinking of stuff like *228 to update PRL, *#*#INFO#*#* to force 1X, *82 to turn off caller ID blocking, #PMT, a number to put the phone into "test mode", etc...

Perhaps this could be a list of some sort, because I've only known about the *228. I have no idea about the others.
