speaks verizon wireless before rings

why does my droid x say 'verizon wireless' when it rings? I cannot find this setting to change it. I just want it to ring with the ringtone I selected.

Settings>sound and display>roaming tone..make sure that is not checked.

Not familiar with the X. Could it be something that can be changed at Verizonwireless dot com? I know in the past I have changed ringbacks and things there. Seems like I have seen that option somewhere but not sure where.
