Sort of new to Droid...question

Hello Everyone -

Been using a Motorola Droid a few months. Like it, but am not happy with battery life. Have a question about syncing my Droid with Outlook (2003) on my PC (HP 20" All-in-one with Windows 8). Anyone have a suggestion?
