soo....anybody think we will see ICS next week??

Correlation != Causation

As for leaks....no one's forcing anyone to install them or even pay any attention to them. They're leaks. Meaning NOT READY FOR RELEASE. As such you should expect issues from time to time. If you want completely stable and everything working, stick with a supported OTA release. Moto truly can't win. They could push out a release like they did for razr and have tons of bugs. But at least they got it out right? Or they could take their time and fix bugs like they're doing for the Bionic. OMGZzzzz it's taking SOOOO LONG Moto suckzzzzzz. Kind of a catch 22. At least with the leaks some of us who know the risks can see how it's coming along and have a chance to play with it before it goes OTA. The number of leaks shouldn't distress people....it should make them extremely happy. It shows Moto is working VERY hard to make this an awesome release. And 238 shows just how well they've done IMO.

I personally get a smile every time I think about how Razr owners had to bite the bullet and be the Guinea Pigs for us Bionic owners in our ICS update. I say let them take their time. I want it perfected. Now if they make us wait and it still sucks, then i'll start talk trash talking Moto. Until then, I'm gonna run my .232 ICS leak with my fully functional screen lol.

Once they've committed to a release, they'll want to get it out as soon as it is good enough not to cause more problems than it fixes. Sure not worthwhile to ship it with known issues which will put additional support pressure on them.

I can't wait to get it so we can move on and complain about how long its taking to get jellybean.

Droid user paranoid

Droid user paranoid ]After hearing about all the people who had their BIONIC die after a while on ICS I decided to roll back to 905 and wait for the original release. I have one year left on the Bionic and DOUBT I would ever go back to a Motorola product. As for Verizon.. their customer service sucks. I did see a brigher display after ICS but then read of people with no display at all... possibly a burnout from the brighter display system push. Thanks But I'll wait![/QUOTE]

ICS 232 for Bionic is solid stable I cant find any nonsense complaint ?

We're not getting JB. He's too busy for us.

.... Oh! Jelly Bean! Thought you meant Justin.. Nevermind. Anyways, we're not getting Jelly Bean. It has taken a year for ICS to come to our "ICS Ready" phones, I don't even want to know how long the wait is going to be for a software that wasn't designed for our phone to come out for us.. Besides, the Bionic will be 3 years old by then. Anything after 2 years of service is considered outdated to carriers.

This is sad news but I believe its true. On the other hand, when it comes to technology isn't a device outdated within 6 months or less?
