I think we should gather all the dates that were rumored or expected to be the time we would have ICS.. One thing's for sure: Early Q3 was the most accurate they've been so far. So what they're only a month behind schedule, it's better than being 6 months off like before.. But if we have to soak test first, that'll wrap up around early September.. I get they want to have a flawless release but seriously, we'd like to get our release *before* a newer software comes out..

If I had to guess I'd say a soak test next week or the week after, to finish by the Friday of whatever week it ends up being, then start of ota. My prediction is still for 241 being the ota. Roflmao.

We all know .241 is going to be the OTA, and it is going to soak test on August 23-26th, to be released on the 27th.

And how do I know this? These are the precise days I will be going away to Bristol, TN for NASCAR.

Rolled back to 905

After hearing about all the people who had their BIONIC die after a while on ICS I decided to roll back to 905 and wait for the original release. I have one year left on the Bionic and DOUBT I would ever go back to a Motorola product. As for Verizon.. their customer service sucks. I did see a brigher display after ICS but then read of people with no display at all... possibly a burnout from the brighter display system push. Thanks But I'll wait!

Um, I don't know what you read but there's no correlation whatsoever between ICS and "brighter screens burning out." LOL! My Bionic screen died long before it ever saw ICS. I love how people just make stuff up cause it seems plausible.

I immediately did see a brighter screen with the version of ICS I was running and sometimes the face of the phone was very warm to the touch when it was not even on. Not worth taking a chance.... I like ICS but don't want to trash my phone. If the OTA does not roll soon I may say screw it and com back to a leak. I'm sure one will be available

Believe what you will. There's literally hundreds of us running ICS with zero problems. I would know cause I have statistics on my house of bionic downloads...and that doesn't include people who installed it manually or with a different method. Screen burnouts happen. ICS is not the cause.

Don't think anyone made it up.... They loaded the leak and several days later the phone was dead... One may have had nothing to do with the other but I'm just sick to death of the leaks and the crap you need to go through to get them. Just release it and be done with it. I did have times where the phone just rebooted for no known reason.....
