ICS update next week?

Just read on the web that Razr/Razr Maxx are supposed to get ics next week. Anyone think or know if this will actually happen even though its just a rumor?

It was dates from Best buy we will have to see I do think it is close Motorola said Q2 from the start.

So when ICS does OTA will the phone factory reset? ICS has to have different ways to customize then GB. Right?

I just unrooted for this, hope it's worth it!! They said you must unroot, figured I should comply.
