Looks like you have a stock recovery to me. Deleting user data = factory reset.
If you just didn't list it try loading a backup after deleting user data.

Do an sbf and start from scratch. Its not that hard and your phone will get back to working condition. I have a link on how to sbf and how to install a rom

Problem

I once had a problem with massive forcecloses it turned out i downloaded a theme for a rom and not that rom itself. Maybe you did so the same??

ok so how do i do the sbf thing. remember i cant get into anything on my phone, all i get is force close windows and i cant get rid of them they just keep comming up

thank you i will try but it seems that when i plug in the usb my phone shuts down and the battery pic flashes on a black screen but my phone is fully charged

Ok so i got a new phone the other day but im still yryong to fix the other galaxy S. Now does anyone know why i cant get the phone to link up to the computer via USB?
And is there a way i can put a file on my external SD card that will help my situation?
