Hello,
Phone: Blackberry Priv
OS: Marshmallow 6.0.1
Network: Verizon
I have had this model for over a year now (2nd phone) and have never been able to get Snapchat working properly. Everything in the app works as expected except for it does not find my contacts and I always get a popup that says 'There was a problem connecting to the server. Please try again.' The popup ONLY occurs after I try to find my contacts in the app and only quits popping up when I force disable the app and restart it.
I've tried many things;
1.) Uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times over both network and wifi.
2.) Reset my Snapchat password
3.) Created a new Snapchat account
4.) Got a new phone
5.) Downloaded 3rd party contacts apps
There's been more but it's all I can think of right now.
I feel like it has something to do with my sd card being corrupt and/or the path that my contacts are in but I'm not familiar enough with android to mess around with that.
Any suggestions/ideas/helpful advice would be awesome.
Thanks,
Micah
