Small number of missing contacts?

Just recently picked up a Verizon Droid... pretty cool handset. Can use a little help, if anyone knows how to tackle this:

I have a corporate e-mail set up, via Exchange. Mail and contacts sync pretty well; however, on my office PC, I have 3304 contacts and on my Droid, there are 3288. Can't figure out why there are some missing?

Checked all the settings (there aren't too many to check) for sync'ing - everytthing LOOKS ok.

Any suggestions as to how I can find the 'missing' contacts?

Thanks,
Aurelio

Did DROID (Gmail) combine some of them? If the names are similar/same GMail have the tendency to just merge them.

Re: Missing contacts

Not sure..... however, as much as I keep seeing the "run them thru Google/Gmail", I would prefer to just have Outlook contacts seperate.

Did a search, and found another thread talking about this... one good point was to make sure all the contacts are assigned properly. If in another group, they won't show up on the Droid.

Just checked, and had a few there - now Outlook has 3324, and the phone has 3308... getting closer! :-P

Appreciate it ~
